Adjusting water structures to modulate water properties from the common liquid water to water behaving as an organic solvent sounds impossible but it can be achieved. That way, the chemical industry would no longer need to use solvents harmful to the environment. Storing solar hydrogen energy in water in appropriate molecular state is another imaginative solution for energy storage as an alternative for batteries.
